Book Opening and Release: Warrior Writers
Warrior Writers is a facilitated workshop method that helps veterans reflect, cope and share their experiences through the written word. Re-making Sense is a 200+ page anthology independently published by Iraq Veterans Against the War. At UVM's Ira Allen Chapel, five contributing authors will be reading and performing from the book. This is a project of the South End's Green Door Studio.

Open Late to 8 on Wednesday

Come to the Robert Hull Fleming Museum for their extended hours program, "Open Late to 8 on Wednesday", which runs until April 30. This is an excellent opportunity to check out the Fleming's spring exhibitions, "Between Soft Machines and Hard Science: The Interstitial Art of W. David Powell", "Michael Light: 100 Suns", and "Actors and Exorcists: Masks of Sri Lanka".

Workshop: Financial Well Being for the Artist

This workshop, presented by Opportunities Credit Union, will help artists analyze their current financial position and how it relates to achieving their personal and business goals. A great opportunity for the micro-business person (aka the Artist) to discover the resources available and begin achieving their dreams. The workshop will end with a general question and answer segment, possible topics include micro loans, credit repair, and savings plans.
