Burlington City Arts manages the exhibition spaces at the airport. Through May: Gates 1 & 2 feature Peggy Kannenstine’s oil paintings from her “Jazz Series”. Skyway & Escalator feature oil paintings by Peter Williams.

If you can, be sure to check out the permanent art installations located past security. Gates 1-8: BCA Firehouse Education Summer Camp Murals, located at the security checkpoints. The murals change annually as new camps make new ones. And Skygates by John Anderson is composed of bold drawings on the inverted wells of four skylights. Identified by color, each mural has a different theme.

Gates 9-15: Maple, Apple, Birch by Elizabeth Billings and Andrea Wasserman: The multi-paneled installation has three types of panels and text from poems by Cora Brooks and the nineteenth-century diary of Harriet Warren Vail.
